Orders & Checkout

Browse our shop, add an arrangement to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You'll choose a delivery date, enter the recipient's address, and pay securely via Square. A confirmation email arrives within minutes.
Yes. Leave a note in the card message field at checkout, or reach out to us directly with your specific requests — colour palette, flower preferences, occasion details. We love working on something personal.
Absolutely. There's a "Card Message" field at checkout. Write exactly what you'd like — we'll print it and include it with the arrangement.
Orders placed before noon (12:00 PM CT) are eligible for same-day delivery, subject to availability. Orders placed after noon are scheduled for the next available delivery date.

Delivery

We deliver throughout Destin and the surrounding Emerald Coast — including Fort Walton Beach, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, and more. See the full list on our Delivery Areas page.
Fees are based on driving distance from our studio. You'll see the exact amount before completing your purchase — there are no surprises at checkout. Use the fee checker on our Delivery Areas page for an estimate.
Yes. You'll receive an email notification when your order is out for delivery, and again once it has been delivered.
We provide an estimated delivery window based on your address. While we always aim to deliver within that window, exact times cannot be guaranteed due to route order and traffic conditions.
We'll leave the arrangement in a safe, sheltered spot and send you a delivery notification with a photo. If you have specific instructions (leave with a neighbor, call first, etc.) just add them in the order notes at checkout.

Payment & Refunds

All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay, and Google Pay — processed securely through Square.
Yes. All payments are handled by Square, a PCI-compliant processor. We never store your full card number on our servers.
Your satisfaction matters to us. If your arrangement arrives damaged or looks significantly different from what you ordered, contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we will make it right — replacement, credit, or refund. See our full Refund Policy for details.

Weddings, Events & Subscriptions

Yes — it's one of our favourite things. We work on weddings, elopements, corporate events, private dinners, and memorial services. Submit an event inquiry and we'll be in touch within one business day.
We recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks before your date for smaller events, and 3–6 months ahead for full wedding florals. Peak season (spring and summer) books quickly along the Emerald Coast.
Yes. Choose a weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly cadence — perfect for keeping your home or office full of fresh seasonal blooms. You can pause or cancel at any time before the next billing cycle.

Flower Freshness & Care

Always fresh. We source from trusted growers and receive new inventory regularly so every stem is vibrant and full of life when it leaves our studio.
With proper care, most arrangements last 5–10 days. Soft blooms like garden roses and ranunculus tend toward the shorter end; hardier stems like carnations and chrysanthemums can go longer.
  • Trim stems at a 45° angle and place in a clean vase with fresh, cool water.
  • Keep away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit (ethylene gas shortens bloom life).
  • Change the water every two days and re-trim the stems each time.
  • A care card is included with every delivery.
Many common flowers — including lilies — are toxic to cats and dogs. If you're ordering for a home with pets, please mention this in your order notes or contact us beforehand and we'll build a pet-safe arrangement for you.
