1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website at destinblooms.com or placing an order with Destin Blooms, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or place an order.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
2. Orders & Payment
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Payment is required in full at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit cards and payment methods processed securely through Square.
- All prices are listed in US dollars (USD) and include applicable taxes, which are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Your order is not confirmed until you receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive a confirmation within one hour, please contact us.
- We reserve the right to cancel an order and issue a full refund if a product becomes unavailable after payment has been processed.
- Promotional pricing and discount codes are valid only during the specified promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Delivery
We take great care to deliver your flowers in perfect condition and on time. Please review the following before placing an order:
- We deliver to Destin, FL and select surrounding areas. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your ZIP code.
- Delivery fees are calculated based on distance from our studio and are displayed before you complete your purchase.
- Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before 12:00 PM CT. Orders placed after this cutoff will be scheduled for the next available delivery date.
- Delivery times are estimated and may vary due to order volume, traffic, or weather conditions. We will do our best to notify you of any significant delays.
- We do not deliver on Sundays or on designated blackout dates (posted on our website).
- A valid delivery address, recipient name, and phone number must be provided. If a delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, a re-delivery fee may apply.
- If no one is home, we will leave the arrangement in a safe location and notify you. We are not responsible for arrangements left unattended in extreme heat or inclement weather after delivery has been made.
4. Product Substitution
Fresh flowers are a natural, seasonal product. While we always strive to fulfill your order exactly as shown, availability can vary week to week based on our growers' harvest and market conditions.
In cases where a specific flower, variety, or container is unavailable, we reserve the right to substitute items of equal or greater value. Substitutions will always maintain the spirit of the original arrangement — the same color palette, style, and overall aesthetic — and will never result in a downgrade in quality.
If a substitution significantly changes the look of your arrangement, we will attempt to notify you in advance where time allows.
5. Fresh Flower Care & Longevity
All of our arrangements are made with fresh, hand-selected stems. With proper care, most arrangements last between 5 and 10 days. Care instructions are included with every delivery.
Flower Care Tips
- → Trim stems at an angle and place in clean, room-temperature water.
- → Keep arrangements away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and ripening fruit.
- → Change the water every two days and re-trim stems for longest life.
- → Natural petal drop and minor wilting after 7+ days is expected and is not a defect.
6. Satisfaction Guarantee
Your happiness matters to us deeply. If you are not satisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a description of the issue and, if possible, a photo of the arrangement. We will work with you to make it right — whether that means a replacement, a credit, or a refund.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including photographs, text, logos, arrangement designs, and graphics — is the property of Destin Blooms and is protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content from this site without our express written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability
Destin Blooms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services. Our total liability for any claim related to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or supplier shortages.

10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Okaloosa County, Florida.
